Beginning with sourcing of material each step of procedure (rotating, drilling, milling, honing) is executed by qualified staff at different places of production of our company.

Permanent Quality Control for a Very Long Service Performance

Each step of procedure (sourcing of material, production, mounting, pressure test and classification DNV/GL + LR + BV + RMRoS ...) up to the final inspection is subject to a permanent quality control which ensures a very long service performance.

New Construction and Repair

Apart from the production of special cylinders which are equipped with quality seals with no exception our company Schnake Hydraulik GmbH also offers a flexible repair service with a most modern damage analysis (video inspection, endoscopy).
